Providing Answers Through Genetic Testing
LifeLabs is Canada's leading medical diagnostic company that has been serving the healthcare needs of Canadians for more than 50 years. We are committed to continuous medical innovation and, in 2015, opened Canada’s largest professional genetics testing laboratory. LifeLabs has a national collection network that streamlines specimen procurement and sample submission, simplifying the testing process for both healthcare provider and patient.
Bilingual, board-certified genetic counsellors are available to provide expert advice and ongoing support throughout the testing process, including assistance with provincial funding applications, when appropriate.
BUILDING GENETIC TESTING CAPACITY
LifeLabs Genetics is at the forefront of genetic testing and personalized medicine in Canada; working with government and healthcare partners across the country to find the most cost-effective and meaningful way to deliver this service to Canadians. LifeLabs is working to bring Canadian-developed, state of the art genetics technology to market and build genetic testing capacity on Canadian soil.
